A small independent brewery who were experiencing significant growth and demand for their product were investing into new equipment. This was to double their current production capability. The finance product was tailored to their cashflow requirements with the term of the finance over 5 years. This helped ensure retaining vital funds in the business so cashflow was not impacted.
A Facilities Management (FM) company based in the Capital had secured a new contract and they required equipment to service this. This lease was to enable them the invest in the cleaning equipment to be used to fulfill this particular contract – even more important as this was a new contract for them.
An Engineering business specializing in Civil Engineering and construction were investing in a range of cleaning equipment. The business were to keen to preserve cashflow for upcoming projects and therefore proceeded with a finance option.
A substantial investment for this Manufacturing business with a range of Materials Handling equipment (Fork Lifts / Power Pallet Trucks) Over a 5 year term, this was documented as an operating lease. The equipment was essential to the business as it was replacing and enhancing their existing fleet of trucks.
A brand new vehicle conversion business were requiring some tools / machinery essential for the business. However with cashflow extremely tight, the directors didn’t believe they would be able to obtain finance. However we managed to secure funding to ensure they were able to acquire the equipment. Pleased to say the directors were overjoyed as they didn’t believe it was possible due to minimal trading history. Furthermore there was no deposit required, it was simply put on a 3 year finance term. A happy customer.
